Eyeglasses & Sunglasses
a) Zumeyes.com provides its customers a 14 day no questions asked return
b) Customers can easily raise a return request by signing into their account or can call customer care at +91 – 808 7655 939 or send an email firstname.lastname@example.org?with proper order details.
c) Post return request, customers are advised to pack the entire product including packing material, invoice, all accessories, and keep it ready for pickup.
d) Post pick up, our QC team will verify if the product has not been used and is in good condition for further sale. Plus, all the items have been sent back. In case product is found damaged or in used condition or any accessory is missing, can deny refund to the customer.
e) In case of Eyeglasses/ Prescription Sunglasses, no return/refund will be offered if wrong prescription values are entered at the time of order placement.
f) If it is observed that a user is placing multiple/bulk orders and is also returning the same; reserves the right to charge a substantial return fee from the user.

Return Policy in case of RTO
In case of RTO, no charges will be levied. All other T&Cs applicable
If the customer pays twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via the same source within 3 to 5 working days.
Our Customer Service Department is available to assist you whenever a problem arises with your order. Please inspect your packages immediately upon receiving and notify us promptly of any damage or discrepancies within 24 hrs. If an item has been shipped to you incorrectly as the result of an error on our part, we will take quick and appropriate actions to correct the problem.
Before returning any items, please contact the Customer Service Department for Returning material and shipping instructions.
We will do our best to fulfill requests to return materials asap. Returns accepted for ordered items should be initiated within 24 from product delivery.
The replacement will be done only if there are manufacturing defects and not for size issues or color change and should be informed within 24 of product delivery.
Once the product reaches the warehouse, our Quality Check team will verify if the product has not been used and is in good condition for further sale. Also, all the items/accessories have been sent back or not. In case the product is found damaged or in used condition or any accessory is missing, can deny replacement/refund to the customer. Else the product will be replaced within 10 to 15 business days.
