PLEASE READ THIS TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY, AS IT CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.

Cancellation Policy

  • Customers are permitted two hours after checkout to cancel orders.
  • If orders are not cancelled within the two-hour time frame, the order will be processed and shipped.
  • Customers that utilise our post-delivery option will incur the cost of shipping if items are to be returned.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Stocked Items
  • Stocked items will be shipped in twenty-four (24) business hours.
  • Email notification updates will be sent when orders are shipped.
Special Order Items
  • Special order products require a period of 1 to 4 days for orders to be shipped.
  • Order confirmation emails will include expected shipping periods.
  • Email notification updates will be sent when orders are shipped.

Delivery

Items shipped to branches will be delivered for collection on Mondays to Fridays at 9 am

Items shipped via courier will be delivered on Mondays to Fridays or as per the courier service provider's working days.

Disclaimer

  • When completing orders, customers are responsible for entering the correct mailing address.
  • Zumeyes does not hold itself responsible for lost packages due to incorrect mailing addresses entered during online ordering.
  • Any undelivered packages will be delivered the following work day.
  • Unsuccessful deliveries will be returned to the Zumeyes Office or Warehouse. Customers will have to get paid for the next delivery attempt as and when charges are applicable.
  • Currently ‘live’ delivery tracking is unavailable.

Returns Policy

Orders must be in their original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer’s defect. Products must be returned within seven (7) days of collection to your nearest Zumeyes Branch.

  • Please email zumeyespune@gmail.com to request a return.
  • Customers must visit their nearest Zumeyes branch with proof of purchase and unopened contact lens boxes.
  • Customers would receive a stamped return receipt indicating the item has been returned to Zumeyes.
  • Refund for approved purchase returned within 48-72 hours of the first business day after the date of items being returned.
  • Customers that utilise our delivery option will not be refunded the cost of shipping.

Products with manufacturer’s defects would be inspected and exchanged based on the outcome of the examination. Items would be re-shipped to the customers at no additional charge.

Disclaimer

Contact lenses cannot be returned if they are opened.

Exchange Policy

  • Zumeyes should be liable for errors in the processing of orders, all exchanges will be honoured at no additional cost to the customer
  • Once the items are returned to a Zumeyes branch, the replacement item will be shipped within 24-48 hours to the specified Zumeyes location for collection.
  • Items opened cannot be exchanged unless deemed a manufacturer defect.

Refunds Policy

  • All refunds would be credited to the customer’s credit card or account details provided at the time of payment within 24 to 48 business hours of the request.
  • The refund amount may not appear on the customer's credit card or account immediately as policies differ across commercial banks. Kindly refer to your bank’s policies for more information
  • If an order is cancelled due to limited product supply, customers will be refunded the full cost of purchase.

Bank Card Charges Policy

Currently, all payments are processed securely via Visa or Mastercard.

Customers’ credit cards will be charged when orders are completed online.

If we are not able to fulfill an order for any reason, the credit card used to purchase will be refunded.
